Gulberg Islamabad is also known as IBECHS Phase 3. A project by Intelligence Bureau Cooperative Housing Scheme (IBECHS).
Located on main Islamabad Express Highway, on the distance of around 3km from Airport Chowk, 11km from Rawat and 12 Km from the centers of the twin cities, Gulberg Islamabad is housing scheme with an aura of Islamabad within. Gulberg Greens (Agro Farm Houses)
Gulberg Greens, also known to be the Agro Farm Housing Scheme, is located at Mouza Koral, Main Expressway Islamabad. It has all the features which lead to a luxurious lifestyle. The farm houses are available in 3 sizes, which are:

Gulberg Residencia is spread over around 15000 Kanal land, having around 10,000 residential plots. The project will have 21 blocks, i.e. A to V. Block D is saved for commercial plots. The Block V of Gulberg Residencia neighbors the Naval Anchorage, and might have an access from Naval Anchorage as well.
