Uggs and Flat Pumps
Wearing Uggs when it is so cold that you can’t feel your feet is acceptable but wearing uggs in school or workplace? Nay. I think we’ve moved past the time. We have got to move on, either it is proper boots or no boots at all! Also, don’t you think we have misused flat pumps a little too much? Yes we know flat pumos are comfortable but wearing them to weddings and to school with socks? Nay!
Kurtas with Jeggings
Jeggings are a cool thing if only taken as jeggings but wearing them with Kurtas? Nay! Kurtas have their own decency which dies if you wear them with jeggings. Wearing kurtas with jeggings is like a british kid speaking punjabi. Lol!
Cardigans with Everything
Yes we agree cardigans are a rescue to your fashion needs. But wearing cardigans with jeans to shalwar kameez and even to formal dresses? That is way too much cardigans for a year! We must stop.
Mirrored Sun-Glasses
Okay yeah they’re super cool. They make you look like you are the only fashion sttement there is but come on! Every single person out there owns a pair of mirrored sun glasses that has pretty much killed the charm of it. About time we go back to normal sunglasses.
Printed Leggings
Oh Dear Lord no! What’s worst than wearing jeggings with kurtas? Printed Leggings! Alright having a pair of printed leggings wouldn’t hurt but wearing matching printed leggings with all the toos you have.. The vibes gone, lets move on!
Sock Hair-Buns
Hair buns are extremely cute, but having a beach ball sized bun on your head? Nay! Small hair buns look good with your casual outfits but when they transform into a big fat bun they are no more good looking but are uncomfortable to look at. Honestly.
Oversize Scarves
We think in the past year we have lost the meaning of a scarf. Sadly, scarves are now used for not only sun protection and a little bit of fashion but they are now used to cover rough hairstyles as well. What are hats for?
Funky purses and Clutches
If you are teen using a funky handbag or a Hello Kitty clutch, you are good to go but if you are a Working or University going women carrying a funky purse or a cartoon character clutch you’re doing it wrong? The fashion police is looking for you.
Red Lipstick
Sadly, from teenage girls to aged women, we have collectively misused red lipsticks for everyone. What happened to Nude lips or Pink lips? No red does not go with everything at all. For a change, lets give a chance to other colours!
Logo and Slogan Shirts
Years ago when people use to support an issue altogether, they used Slogan Shirts as a powerful tool. We adopted it as fashion and yes it was fun. Was! It’s not anymore. When your jeans and shoes are on point, your slogan shirt says no! Move on there are plenty of fish (Shirts) in the sea (Market).
