BOL Network claims that it will have the finest and most modern infrastructure. It will open offices in all major cities of Pakistan. BOL Network includes TV (news, entertainment and sports), digital media(web, social media & media apps), print media (newspaper and magazines), cinemas & movies theatre and radio.
Mr. Shoaib Ahmed Shaikh is the chairman and CEO of BOL Group. He is also the chairman of Axact Pvt. Ltd., a Pakistani self-identified software company, diploma mill, and accreditation mill.
Axact Scandal:
The New York Times and Wall Street Journal called Axact a falsely described “world’s leading IT company.” According to recent story published in NYT by Pakistan bureau chief of NYT Declan Walsh about Axact, accusing Axact of running at least 370 degree and accreditation institutes websites and offering fake degrees globally. According to the article, the company has around 2,000 employees, who sometimes pretend to be American educational officials, working in shifts to keep the company open 24 hours per day.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) of Pakistan is investigating into the scandal of Axact. Today FIA has detained computer and electronic record of the Axact from Islamabad and Rawalpindi office and has sealed both offices as well.
The former FBI investigating officer has said that if the scandal found true than it would be the biggest fraud in history.
