Who says we can’t make good movies. With the release of a new crime capper movie trailer Jalaibee, it seems the return of the glory days of our beloved Lollywood might not be far off.

First movie in Pakistan’s history to be shot with a Arri Alexa camera, this has all the ingredients from crime, romance to adventure to make a perfect 2 hours of entertainment.

The story revolves around two friends Billu and Bugga who get tangled up in a debt with the local mafia called The Unit and as they find out ways to repay the debt they find they are in even deeper waters than they thought.

At the same time two other men Ali and Jimmy are out for revenge from the mafia also known as The King. Their intention revolves around kidnapping and killing the don while The King’s front man Dara tries to shield him from this all. Not bad for an industry which is yet to come out of the Gujjar era.

Hopefully this movie will play a major role in the revival of film industry and is one of the series of movies to follow after the success of action packed Waar but nevertheless we still need to do much more before our movie industry can once again stand on its own feet.
