Google adds 7 new countries to list of supported Play Store Merchants

Google has extended the availability of its Play Store Merchant accounts by adding Pakistan, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Puerto Rico, Qatar, and Venezuela.

Now developers in these locations can register as merchants and accept payments for premium apps through Google Play. Previously developers in these locations were only able to list free apps, none of the paid variety. These new countries join the ever growing list of supported locations for merchants.
