Do you remember the last time you heard someone saying “who visit’s Karachi!? and it’s a place to get killed”

We all have come across numerous individuals who have the wrong idea about Karachi and they haven’t even visited it once in their life-time, and here they go giving their opinion weather it’s a place to visit or not.

We decided to send our correspondent to the city to have a clear picture. He told us “Karachi isn’t what media pictures. I’ve not seen a solitary notice of MQM or name of Altaf Hussain here. it’s safe here in the city and things have changed to a considerable measure. I’ve spent 3 days in Landhi, it’s an industrial area of KHI and was one of the most dangerous area and now it’s particularly protected. The purpose for not hitting luxurious zones was to see is Karachi truly what media pictures.

I’ve been going out late for walk alone and didn’t find any trouble whatsoever like media portraits, but of course I wouldn’t recommend doing that every time since it has a high probability that you will get robbed weather in Karachi or Islamabad at late night.

The motivation behind why I came here was to visit and investigate this city in and out, also to meet new individuals, experience cuisine of this beautiful city and visit famous spots and enjoy the view of the ocean. I do not regret coming here. It is a place worth to visit. Things which I didn’t like about Karachi is mainly it’s excessive traffic and that it’s densely populated at times. Cleanliness is also an issue here, even the most opulent territories are not clean and tidy comparing with rest of the urban areas of PAKISTAN. Pan and Gutka is a complication in Karachi.

I would recommend people to visit Karachi; it is gigantic, so much to discover in and out and especially it’s cheap in terms of food and shopping.
