Some might know her as the Bearded Dame or the Beautifully Different Queen others as a Body confidence or anti-bullying activist. Nevertheless the 24 year old British lady Harnaam Kaur is on a one man (maybe one women here) mission to change the way world considers beauty.

Born with polycystic Ovary Syndrome which caused hormonal imbalances in her body, hair started sprouting on her face when she was just 11-years-old. No matter how hard she tried she was unable to get rid of it.

Finally after years of being stared at, being subjected to hurtful comments and experiencing bullying at school she finally decided to take her life though luckily she survived.

At the age of 16, she decided to embrace her unique look and ever since through her Instagram account, has been inspiring other women to do the same.

Today she is the only woman who appears in the collection of photographs celebrating the 60 best beards in the world for she is undoubtedly the most hairy female species belonging to human race on planet.

When British photographer Louisa Coulthurst, who runs the site Urban Bridesmaid, discovered Kaur, she knew she wanted to do a special, unique feature with her for her site. Kaur obliged and played a model and the beautiful results are for all to see as the pictures took the internet by storm and the results are for all to see.

Though as a teen Kaur shaved, waxed and bleached her beard after being bullied by others but now says she is happy with her appearance after letting the beard grow for seven years.
