Pakistan’s ex-President Zardari announced on Monday that PPP patron-in-chief Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has reached Dubai for his expected arrival in Pakistan.

He also declared that Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah will remain in charge of the province and ruled out any possibility of Governor Raj in Sindh.

This despite the terrible performance of Sindh government in the last five years where billions of taxpayers’ money were being wasted on praising the lackluster performance of Sindh government while people were dying of starvation in Thar. May God have mercy on Sindh!

Let’s see if the return of Baby Bhutto can have an impact on Sindh government’s performance.
