Karachi: University Student set himself on fire dies in hospital after denied entry in exam hall for coming late in Karachi, Pakistan.

Abdul Basit Siddiqui was a student of Hamdard University. According to University administration Basit was dishearten as he was denied entry in exam hall for coming late and he attempted suicide. After which he was shifted to civil hospital in critical condition where he succumbed to death. The deceased family has demanded probe of the matter. Governor Sindh has asked to submit the report after taking notice.

The deceased family  is refusing to accept that Basit has set himself on fire. They said how one could take his life on such an issue saying it Police must look into the matter adding that why anyone did not try to save the student.
Furthermore Governor Sindh Dr. Ishratul Ibad has taken the notice and asked from vice-Chancellor to submit the report over mysterious death of a student.
